Echo Location: Hard Bass Slutz

Echolocation is a multi-media series under Obscura Zine that focuses on spotlighting musicians and creatives who have a connection to fashion and culture –– of course, with a nonconventional twist. For our first of the video series, Hard Bass Slutz performed a DJ set in front of a local Arizona auto shop, all while being photographed for the coinciding editorial. Finding a musical, mechanical flow in front of the industrial mechanics of tires, hardware, and crates. Echolocation is about finding a creative comfort in places that are out of element.
